Refund policy

This policy applies to paid programming consulting, scoped project engagements, and technical advisory sessions sold by CoreAtlas Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 201901626435).

Eligibility

You may request a refund if we have not yet started the booked advisory session or signed project work, or if we cancel an engagement.

Timeframe

Proposed, pending business confirmation: written cancellation within 7 calendar days of your written booking confirmation may receive a full refund of prepaid fees, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

Partial refunds

Once advisory time has been delivered or project milestone work has started, fees for that portion are non-refundable. Deposits applied to started milestones are non-refundable.

Process

Email info@coreatlas.digital or call +60-7-0000-2108 with your booking reference and reason. We respond within five business days.

Method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or bank transfer within fourteen business days.

Rescheduling

Advisory sessions may be rescheduled once with at least forty-eight hours’ notice without penalty.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
