Terms of service

These terms apply to paid programming consulting services offered by CoreAtlas Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM registration 201901626435), 54,Jalan Wong Ah Fook, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.

Services

We provide legacy application modernization programming through scoped project engagements and technical advisory sessions. Each engagement is described in a written statement of work or booking confirmation before fees are due.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable service tax. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within fourteen days unless the statement of work specifies milestone billing.

Your responsibilities

You will provide timely access to systems, documentation, and decision-makers needed for the agreed scope. Delays caused by missing access may shift timelines without reducing fees for work already performed.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for you upon full payment. We retain rights to general know-how, templates, and pre-existing tools.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public technical and business information shared during an engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Consumers may also have rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
